The espresso bar is my go-to candy when I need a pick me up! I blend premium espresso beans (locally roasted by Lanoca Coffee Company), hand crush them and envelop them in smooth, rich semi-sweet chocolate. A balance of bitter and sweetness, caramel and toasty, with pillars upholding hints of wine, fruit and vanilla. It has a crunchy texture that I particularly enjoy. I hope you do too!
