Refund policy
We are unable to accept returns on any perishable items (i.e. chocolate), gift cards, or any items marked for clearance. However, we will gladly accept returns of our non-perishable merchandise (hats, mugs, stickers, etc.), if the return is processed within 30 days of the customer (that's you) receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
To start a return, you can contact us at jennisuglychocolates@gmail.com. Please have your order number handy. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure that you get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase of that same item, once the return is accepted. Your refund will be submitted as soon as we receive your initial order and see that it is, in fact, damaged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, to let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it will take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund; your patience is appreciated.
