Your order is a fresh, handmade product.  Please allow 3-5 business days before your order is shipped or available for pick up.
Local Pickup

Orders made in the Greenville NC area can choose to pick up their items at my booth location inside the Farmers Makers Market on Dickinson Avenue.  LOCAL PICK UP ORDERS WILL BE READY THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY AFTER 3PM.  A READY FOR PICKUP NOTIFICATION WILL BE SENT.  Check their Facebook page for current store hours and directions.  https://www.facebook.com/Farmersandmakers/

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), under normal circumstances, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Bulk items, such as the 2 Piece Favor Boxes and Bulk Bonbons for catering, those items require no less than 1 month processing time.  Pre-orders will go out in the order they were received as soon as the item is crafted and ready to send out. 

On warm weather days (in my location and yours) I will use ice packs and insulated packaging.  I will do everything I can to get your order to you in tact to my best estimate.  If your chocolate is melted upon delivery, contact me at jennisUGLYchocolates@gmail.com.

Postal service problems are outside of my control.  Make sure your delivery is EXPECTED so it does not sit in the sun. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Shipping rates are based on weight and distance.  I only charge enough to cover the cost of shipping and the packaging materials.
