Local Love: How We Source Our Farm-Fresh Ingredients

I've tried the recipes with emergency replacements from the good ol' grocery, but I tell ya, I'm disappointed with the batch every time. Our local Eastern NC farmers produce the highest quality honey, nuts, booze, and my personal favorite: coffee beans.
